At Lakshajwellels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack each jewellery item before shipping. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product different from what you ordered
The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email with clear images or videos of the product.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- The product must be in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Earrings
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a mistake from Lakshajwellels (damaged or wrong product), return shipping charges will be borne by us
- If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
8. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
- Handcrafted jewellery may have minor variations, which are part of its uniqueness
